| Vacations are the "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow" and we would like to be a part of yours. We would like to get to know you and help you relax, have fun and just unwind from the stresses of everyday living. Our resort, with spring fed Swan Lake, towering oaks, maples, cottonwoods and 18 acres to roam is the perfect place to do that. |
 We have five 2 bedroom cabins and each is different so that we can try
to fit your needs as much as possible. We supervise the cleaning ourselves so we can guarantee
they are spotless clean. We make every effort to make sure they are as well stocked and
as comfortable as possible. It's amenities such as microwaves, good beds, reading lamps,
TV/DVD's, lots
of soft, hot water and decks or porches overlooking the lake that make cabins memorable.
We're only 6 miles from Fergus Falls. As the largest city in
west-central MN (population 13,000) it offers plenty of restaurants, shopping, a very fine
historical museum, a Prairie Wetlands Learning Center and more. Pebble Lake Golf
Course, a challenging 18 hole course, is 5 miles away. |
 There is plenty to do at the resort too. Swan Lake is known for its
water clarity throughout the summer. Fishing is almost always good with a healthy supply
of sunfish, crappies, northern and walleyes. Largemouth bass are definitely the most
sought after fish the past few years with most of them released again after they are
weighed and their picture is taken for our "fishing report" board. Our swimming
area is safely marked off with no dangerous drop offs. We have plenty of sand for
sunbathing and sandcastle building. |
| When you're not in or on the water you can play volleyball, badminton, "fun" frisbee golf, basketball, pitch horseshoes or play bocce ball. All recreational equipment can be checked out at no charge. Our game room is always busy with kids playing pinball or pool. At our convenience store you'll be able to pick up basic groceries, ice cream, pizzas, snacks, ice, fishing licenses, tackle, and night crawlers. We also carry unleaded gas and motor oil. We have hiking trails up through the woods and a playground for the little ones. The paved Central Lakes Trail goes right by us, so bring your bikes. Our paddleboats, kayaks and canoes are free to guests for on-the-water fun too. And for those quiet times we have benches placed around the resort to relax upon. |
